I have a windows mobile Smartphone that I got off of ebay?
And when i turn it on, it goes to the htc screen, then the alltel screen,then the Window mobile screen, and just stays at that screen. Is there any way i can reset it to work on it again?
It is a htc ppc 6800
You need to do a hard reset but I can't tell you how because you didn't say which model you have.
