What is a greaty quality camera with lifetime warranty for beginning photography?

I want to start to learn the art of photography, and I need to buy a camera first. What is a great camera under $350 that has amazing picture quality?

If you want to learn the "art of photography" you will need to have a fully adjustable camera and those you can get for under $150 on craigslist in the form of a 35 mm SLR and standard zoom lens. If you later want to move into digital photography, you will have to save your pennies until you have about $800 or more in your savings plan

Most community colleges have photo classes in their art departments.

The amazing picture quality is up to each artist, NOT the camera. The camera is only a tool and you will have to learn how to use that tool, just as you would if your art tools consisted of a blank canvas, palette and brushes.
